Some Food!

Ki Cang
This is Chinese Traditional food ,,,
recipes
Glutinous rice
soda liquid
special Leaves for packing,,or can be replaced with banana leaves
how to make,,,,,just simple
 mix the Glutinous rice with soda Liquid,wait until it turn yellowish,usually lasts all night
 after that wash the rice until it's not slimy (if not your Ki Cang Will be Bitter) before packing you can add what colour you want (usually we use a color of Yellow that symbolizes  Gold hehe) ,and pack it as you wish,( but in my case i will make it triangle hehe :) ) ,but it must be boiled for 5 hours,(depend on the shape)
after coocked hang them for drying them from the boiling water
all done!!
served with Milk or chocolate sauce (any kind of you wish) :)
